You will work on one of the above locations, as best suits you. The Role Oversee site safety and quality Manage subcontractors and daily site operations Track progress and report weekly Inspect works from foundations to final finishes Support site meetings and ensure project targets are met Take part in Toolbox talks & sign off trade work Promote health & safety on site Complete subcontractor inductions Manage snagging process & unit handovers What's on Offer Up to €65,000 10% Bonus + Profit Share Pension & Health Insurance Paid Family Leave Life Assurance & Income Protection Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) CPD Funding What You'll Need Trade background Experience as a Finishing Foreman on a medium-large scale development Strong communication and organisational skills Proven track record with contractors and housing projects Interested?
