Accounts Technician Dublin 2/4 | 4-Day Week Location: Baggot Street Bridge, Dublin 2/4 Hours: 9:00am 5:30pm Working Pattern: Hybrid (1 day from home after 3-month probation) Work-Life Balance: 4-day week. Lex Consultancy is partnering with a leading professional services firm in Dublin 2 to hire an Accounts Technician. This is a great chance to work directly with the Finance Manager, get hands-on experience across a variety of finance functions, and grow your careerall while enjoying a flexible 4-day working week. What Youll Be Doing Handling Accounts Payable & Receivable: process invoices, run payments, issue customer invoices, perform credit control, and reconcile accounts. Supporting the finance function with bank reconciliations, staff expenses, petty cash, VAT returns, and month-end tasks. Keeping financial records accurate and helping with compliance reporting. Liaising with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to resolve queries quickly and efficiently. Who You Are Youve got 2+ years experience in a finance/accounts role. You know your way around AP/AR processes and accounting systems (Xero, Sage, SAP, etc.). Youre organised, confident in Excel, and a clear communicator. You hold (or are working towards) a Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration qualification (IATI or equivalent). Bonus points if youre familiar with Irish tax/accounting standards.
