Job Opportunity: Person in Charge - Residential Services

Cpl Healthcare is actively seeking a qualified Person in Charge for residential services based in Dingle, Kerry.

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to support adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and community integration.

This full-time salaried role offers an average of 40 hours per week, with potential on-call duties during evenings and weekends. Benefits include a competitive salary, collaborative work environment, and opportunities for professional development within a leading national organization.

Requirements:

- A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or an equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
- Postgraduate qualification, ideally in Social Care Management or Management.
- At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level, including demonstrable experience in strategic planning.
- At least 5 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
