Funds Associate - International Law Firm | Dublin
A highly respected international law firm is looking to hire a talented Funds Associate to join its dynamic Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work alongside some of the most experienced practitioners in the investment funds space, within a firm that advises a global client base across all key fund jurisdictions.
The Opportunity:
Working as part of a collaborative, cross-border team, this role will see you advising on a wide spectrum of investment fund matters, with particular focus on:
The establishment and operation of alternative investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, closed-ended and qualifying investor funds.
The structuring and formation of UCITS and ETFs.
Ongoing regulatory advice to AIFMs, UCITS management companies, MIFID firms, and other investment management entities.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified solicitor (Irish qualification preferred) with 2-5 years' PQE gained in a top-tier firm or specialist financial services practice.
Strong technical ability and attention to detail, with a proven track record of working on high-value, complex matters.
Experience working with clients in the asset management space, including fund managers and institutional investors.
A proactive and commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
