Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Develop and implement safety standards, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fostering a safe work environment. Prepare method statements and risk assessments to guide teams in executing tasks safely and efficiently. Champion a strong safety culture by advising leadership and inspiring positive change across the company. Conduct regular site safety audits, manage initiatives, and address risks to ensure safe project delivery. Collect and analyse safety data, report incidents, and continuously improve safety systems and practices. Collaborate with customers through site audits, toolbox talks, and proactive engagement on safety performance. Support compliance and certifications, contributing to tenders with accurate health and safety documentation. What are we looking for? Degree/Diploma in H&S or related disciplines. Professional qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) 1-3 years experience in a similar role (H&S Coordinator/advisor). Experience within industrial services and environmental management sector. Experience with safety management systems. Experience dealing with onsite personnel.
