Data Centre Programme Manager On Site Grange Castle Dublin 22. Daily Rate €520 per day 6-month initial Contract As a successful Regional DC Program Manager, your performance objectives include: Create and maintain a program to identify best practices, design process and procedure documents, and socialize those across the Europe Region. Create lessons learned documentation, best practices, and innovations on existing process/procedures and tools to improve efficiencies and productivity in post-RNI activities/ Utilize your knowledge to train, equip, and empower local teams to build and maintain a network which will support their campus through its entire lifecycle. Collaborate with other Datacenter Operations Regions and global teams to align post-Ready for Network Install (RNI) processes and procedures globally. Create and manage end-to-end network project plans and ensure on time delivery. Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of data center activities. Establish and enhance strong working relationships with customers in the network space. Collaborate directly with site management and third-party vendors at new campuses and data centers to align best practices and deliver new locations quickly and reliably. Plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end network project plans with stakeholders and teams. Perform day-to-day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution. Work with various Engineering, Operations, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Regional Technical Infrastructure Managers during project planning and execution Required Qualifications: At least 3 years project management experience across large complex, cross-functional organizations Microsoft Experience At least 3 years experience in data center-related functions for large enterprise organizations. Must have prior experience in leading large projects end-to-end. Experience working with network technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing, and Switching. Prior experience working at Data Centres Preferred Qualifications At least 5 years project management experience across large complex, cross-functional organizations Microsoft experience At least 5 years experience in data center-related functions for large enterprise organizations.
