About Your New Employer

FP&A Analyst role with a well-known business in the healthcare sector. Dublin city based with hybrid working policy.

About Your New Job

As the FP&A Analyst,youwill be responsible for:

- Providing financial analysis and decision-making support for the Head of FP&A, the Executive Team and project leads.
- Monitoring of financial and non-financial KPI for the performance of the company.
- Business Partnering with the Dept Heads, addressing Senior Management requests and supporting Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on individual unit KPIs including costs, profitability, and investment returns.
- Analysing business performance at market segment and individual customer level where appropriate.

What Skills You Need

- Qualified Accountant with 2+ years in an FP&A/Business Partnering role.
- Ability to influence others and work across organisation to deliver financial budgets and reporting with appropriate market insights and commercial analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when working closely with non-financial employees such as the commercial team
