At the Retail Trust, we are seeking to grow our network of Affiliate Counsellors in the Republic of Ireland. Our self employed, affiliate counsellors deliver short-term counselling to our clients in person, by video, and by telephone.

- On boarding process to help you when joining
- Referrals will be provided with brief case assessment details
- Access to on-going support for every aspect of the work from our Case Management team
- Telephone €40 per session
- Video €50 per session
- In person €60 per session
- Couples €70 per session

- Accredited with a recognised professional counselling body (IACP or equivalent)
- Hold a recognised Diploma (or higher) qualification in Counselling
- Experience in delivering Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
- Experience in a similar role, including contracted counselling and independent caseload management
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical record systems
- Broad and varied clinical experience to draw upon in practice
- Experience providing both remote and in-person counselling
- Professional indemnity insurance with minimum cover of €1,000,000
- Commitment to ongoing professional clinical supervision
- Access to a suitable, dedicated consulting room (not used as living accommodation).
