We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Fahrenheit Restaurant team at Clontarf Castle Hotel, Dublin.
Clontarf Castle Hotel in Dublin is a boutique luxury hotel offering exceptional service in a comfortable setting. Located just 10 minutes from Dublin City Centre and 5 miles from Dublin Airport, the property sits in a tranquil setting near golf courses and the Irish Sea.
Overview The Clontarf Castle Hotel aims to deliver a modern aesthetic built around an ancient form, with guests at the center of our service. This role supports the Restaurant Manager to ensure day-to-day operations align with department and hotel standards and to maintain 100% quality service and guest satisfaction during service.
Objective of the Role Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor will carry out duties ensuring the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards, delivering smooth and efficient service and maintaining standards and guest satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities To strive at all times to exceed the expectations of all customers within the hotel and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with established standards.
Adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene Procedures.
Maintain a high level of food safety & hygiene standards during setup and throughout service.
Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring everything is fresh and replenished in a timely manner.
Provide training and guidance on service, food handling and customer service.
Work a flexible shift pattern and rotate through the various areas of the department as required.
Be familiar with and adhere to all areas outlined in the Team Handbook.
Requirements Experience in a 4/5* star hotel as a Restaurant Supervisor.
Willingness to learn.
