My client is looking for a Senior IAM Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience to join their organisation based in Cork. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable IAM architectures

- Proficient with at least 2 of the following: AD_Entra, PKI, PAM, SSO MFA, and IGA

- Integrate IAM solutions with cloud infrastructure and enterprise SaaS platforms

- Lead IAM roadmap development, vendor evaluations, and solution upgrades

- Automate workflows and build tools/scripts (Python, PowerShell, etc.) to streamline identity operations

- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure IAM meets regulatory and audit standards (SOX, HIPAA, etc.)

Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering or related security roles

- Expertise with identity protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP

- Deep knowledge of SSO, MFA, and PAM technologies

- Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell, or similar)

- Experience designing IAM solutions in cloud-first or hybrid environments

- Proven track record of leading IAM projects end-to-end
