Who are we looking for?
This position is a fixed-term contract until June 2026 and offers the selected candidate the chance to gain experience in all areas of Depositary Oversight. The role reports to a Senior Associate or Officer in the Depositary Client Reporting Team.
Previous experience in the industry would be a distinct advantage in addition to strong technical IT skills.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Supervision of team members in their review of reports to ensure client reporting prepared is accurate.
Co-ordinate with local teams for feedback on specific points in the report to deal with queries raised by senior management.
Understanding the details of the reporting provided to ensure it meets our clients' needs.
Provision of reporting to clients in timely and professional manner.
Provision of letters to clients on ad hoc request.
Responding to client queries in accordance with department requirements.

A good understanding of the regulatory framework for Funds (UCITS/Non-UCITS/AIFMD) would be an advantage.
Relevant industry experience (not necessarily within a Trustee/Depositary role).
Strong Excel/Word skills.
Experience in reviewing others work.
Experience/Qualifications:
A primary degree is all we ask, but Finance knowledge will provide a great start for you.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate.
Skilled communicator, both verbal and written.
Organized and methodical.
Team player.
