Position Summary:

As a Health & Safety in our Graduate Program, you'll support the Health & Safety team and gain hands-on experience in workplace safety, risk assessment, and compliance. This is your opportunity to make ameaningful impact by helping to create a safe and healthy environment, while developing your skills in a supportive and dynamic setting.

What you will be doing:

- Assist with Risk Assessments for site
- Co-Ordinate Health & Safety Training
- Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and internal policies and procedures related to quality; protection of the environment; safety, health & welfare.
- Supporting all departments Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of the site Health & Safety Management System.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and internal policies and procedures related to safety, health & welfare.
- Developing and maintaining documentation (e.g. health & safety procedures, Risk Assessments, audit schedule, procedures, forms)
- Planning and carrying out internal audits and inspections
- Maintaining health & safety databases
- Liaising internally and externally on all health & safety matters

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- 3rd Level Qualification in Health & safety
- Relevant work experience desirable
