Logistics Manager

A leading international contractor is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to support a high-profile data centre development project based in Dublin. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of all site logistics for a major hyperscale development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the full site logistics strategy in coordination with project leadership.
Manage all site traffic, delivery scheduling, waste removal, and materials handling.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
Monitor and enforce health & safety and site access protocols for logistics operations.
Coordinate logistics-related reporting, including KPIs, cost tracking, and risk assessments.
Supervise a team of logistics operatives, ensuring high standards of site cleanliness, security, and efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
Previous experience on data centre or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of site operations, traffic management, and delivery coordination.
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and logistics best practices.
