My client based in the South Dublin is urgently looking to recruit a Part-time AutoCAD Technician for an immediate start. Main duties include: Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to develop and refine design concepts, providing technical expertise and insights. Review project documentation and drawings for quality, consistency, and compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have the following: Qualification in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience in the Irish market. Strong background in facades, cladding, or roofing, with proficiency in BIM and Revit. Comprehensive knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorships already in place.
