We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will receive all necessary training and development in line with the role.
The Role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support WorkerTo provide care to people who avail of our service. We will support you in developing and upskilling you in providing high-quality care, maintaining professional working relationships with our team members and people who avail of our service.
This includes:
- Supporting people with their daily plan
- Supporting people whilst in the community
- Supporting people with their education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes
- Supporting people with their living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, family visits, etc.
Shift work over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
RequirementsAssistant Support Worker: No qualification required (All necessary training provided)
Social Care Workers: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline. Relevant life experience would be desirable but not essential.
Full Drivers Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Drivers Licence.
