Sales Manager (Lighting Electrical Wholesale) Dublin/Leinster Territory Our client is highly reputable Electrical wholesale distributor seeking a Sales Manager to join their company and to expand and achieve sales growth . This role involves identifying business opportunities with existing accounts and new business. Nurturing customer relationships and consistently achieving sales targets. €60K - €75K base all doe, commission, benefits and car/car allowance. The Role: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, installers and engineers. Present lighting products and solutions to customers providing advice and highlighting benefits. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts for customers. Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction. Attend trade shows, industry events, and product training sessions. Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior management. Manage calendar and visits on a daily basis within the assigned territory. The Candidate: Electrical Lighting Wholesale experience with strong senior sales experience. Strong technical knowledge of lighting essential. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Existing network of industry contacts is a strong plus. Ability to read and understand lighting plans, architectural drawings, and specifications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
