The Role We are looking for a candidate who can make a real impact on food safety and quality across the plant. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting and coordinating internal and external audits (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, FSMA, etc.)
Monitoring and reporting on Quality KPIs, consumer complaints, and non-conformities
Updating HACCP plans and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Coordinating environmental monitoring, traceability exercises, and patrol walks
Delivering training in GMP, food safety, and production standards
Maintaining plant quality documentation and managing external contractors
About You Degree in Food Science or equivalent
5+ years’ experience in a food safety or quality role
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Team player with initiative, motivation, and a commitment to quality
Work with a globally recognized FMCG brand
Exposure to a variety of food safety and quality projects
