Join Digital Realty as a Manager, UK&I Finance (Dublin/London) . This role partners with commercial and operational leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic and tactical decision-making across the subregion.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the subregion, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
Delivering monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and commercial KPIs to support business reviews.
Conducting monthly reviews of performance, signings trends, and customer profitability, and escalating areas of concern to senior leadership.
Collaborating with the Investments and Portfolio Management teams to validate financial assumptions in business cases.
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles within a multinational or matrixed organization (5 years experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Exposure to integration or transformation projects is a plus.
Familiarity with US GAAP and SOX compliance is desirable.
Fluency in English is required; other European language is a plus.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Proficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, or similar).
