Location: FRS Network, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary – (Possibility of hybrid work scenario for the right candidate)

Type: Contract , 1-2-year initial term

Reporting to: Group Head of Business Improvement

Salary: 53k subject to experience

Overview:

Job Summary: The Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for working on the FRS Systems Transformation Program. This role involves documenting functional specifications, reviewing and improving end-to-end business processes, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs, and supporting operational resources in test script documentation. The Business Analyst will also collaborate with various departments to enable change and align with strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document functional specifications.

- Review and improve end-to-end business processes.

- Ensure technical solutions align with business needs and support in translating

business needs to system requirements.

- Support operational resources in test script documentation.

- Process mapping and documentation.

- Collaborate with Learning and Development in training needs analysis and content creation.

- Collaborate with Change Manager to enable change and align with strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of both technical and business processes.

- Experience with process mapping and documentation.

- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience in Agile project teams is a plus.

Software Experience desirable.

- MS Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, CRM, PowerApps

- JIRA , PowerBI , Jet Reports

- MS Office

Reporting: The Business Analyst will report directly to the Group Head of Business Improvement, ensuring that if there is a momentary dip in workload across the Systems Transformation Program, the resource can be deployed to support other business units.
