The Vendor Operations Program Manager role is crucial to delivering our vision of scaling vendor operations and managing Meta's third-party engagements in a compliant manner. In this role, you will help the Vendor Solutions team drive operational rigor in vendor engagement and proactively manage a portfolio of vendors that deliver key business outcomes. As part of a multi-year vision, you will be responsible for scaling and delivering existing programs while identifying and launching new initiatives. The candidate will demonstrate experience in partnering with cross-functional team members and consistently delivering high-quality work, even under tight deadlines and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with business program owners to provide end-to-end global vendor operations support for People team vendor programs.
2. Ensure compliance with Meta's vendor program by completing vendor onboarding, third-party risk assessments, contracts, and purchase orders. Troubleshoot and unblock issues with these operational tasks unique to Meta’s vendor engagement program.
3. Manage vendor contracts, coordinate with vendors, and provide timely and effective solutions to service-oriented issues.
4. Align on objectives with key program stakeholders, manage the vendor roster, and keep program business owners informed on status.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams (Supplier Master, Third Party Risk Assessment, and Source 2 Pay) to ensure that vendors are engaged in a compliant manner, adhering to Meta's Vendor engagement policy.
6. Create and manage reports (e.g., budget forecasting and tracking) and special projects with key suppliers, sharing monthly reports with leaders and program owners.
7. Provide feedback and make recommendations on program status, progress, and partnership insights to key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 3+ years of vendor operation experience.
2. 2+ years of program or project management experience.
3. Experience multitasking in a deadline-focused environment and producing results.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, vendor management.
2. Project management skills (organizing, planning, reporting, documenting, driving tasks to closure, etc.).
3. Experience in managing Health and Benefits Vendors.
