Overview

Product & Strategy (Head of)

Purpose: To design and launch a suite of new innovative products and solutions to the Irish market, specifically owning product categories not captured by another Product Tribe. To research the global market and assess relevant innovations and new revenue streams for assessment as potential new products/solutions. To develop an incubation hub and methodology for developing new products into maturity before handing over to an existing Product tribe, or keep in New Core, as relevant. Coordinate with CK Hutchinson (CKH IOD) to align on global innovation and best practices from across all OpCo's.

You'll lead a cross-functional team to incubate innovative solutions, launch the new Marketplace platform, and align with global partners to bring cutting-edge ideas to life. Responsibilities

- Drive the vision, development, and launch of breakthrough digital products and platforms for B2C and B2B markets.

- Lead a cross-functional team to incubate innovative solutions and launch new initiatives, including the Marketplace platform.

- Coordinate with global partners to align on innovation and best practices across OpCo's.

- Own the Tribe's success, including P&L and measurable value delivery; foster a culture of collaboration and trust.

- Shape strategy, drive momentum, and deliver outcomes that set new industry standards.

Qualifications & What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in product strategy and leading cross-functional teams.

- Experience launching digital products and platforms for B2C and B2B markets.

- Strong business acumen with P&L ownership and value-driven decision making.

- Ability to collaborate with global partners and drive large-scale innovation initiatives.
