Start: ASAP Contract Length: 6 months Location: Newcastle West (onsite; no hybrid for first 3 months) Hours: 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm About the Organisation Our client manages trusts and estates when appointed as Trustees or Executors, including stepping in when someone passes away without a valid Will. They are committed to delivering high-quality, consistent, and professional service, ensuring that clients and beneficiaries feel supported and understood throughout the process. About the role As a Client Service Officer, you will play a key part in the Trustee Services Division. You will: - Manage a caseload of approximately 50 estate or trust matters, ensuring timely and accurate administration - Proactively progress matters and communicate efficiently with clients and beneficiaries - Deliver exceptional customer service in a collaborative, supportive, and team-focused environment - Handle diverse client needs with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to positive outcomes This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, building trust, and navigating complex matters while contributing to a high-performing team.
