Job Description Senior Finance Analyst Reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager, the Senior Finance Analyst is the key finance business partner supporting all reporting, analysis and financial project work for the Circle K Ireland Fuel business. This is a maternity cover contract for a period of 12 months and based in Circle K Support Office. Circle K work on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Responsibilities: Responsibility for all local reporting to Circle K parent company, Alimentation Couche-Tard (ACT). Business partner with department owners andsenior stakeholders in relation toRetail and Commercial Fuel. Coordinate delivery of local management reporting andACT reporting packs. Coordinate forecast and budget planning process andconsolidation of the total business plan. Present annual budget sign-off meetings to the leadership team. Analyse and drive insights from fuel volumes & margin. Champion of new systems impacting the reporting of financialperformance. Project work as and when required. Experience: Professional accounting qualification, such asACA, ACCA or CIMA. 3+ years' PQE experience in a similar financialplanning performance, management, and analysis role. Experience with business partnering and engaging with diverse stakeholders at alllevels is essential. Experience in Retail, Service Industry or similar fast paced environment is advantageous. Strong IT skills with advanced Excel. Experience building reports in Power BI is a preference. Team oriented with the ability to work on your own initiative. Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills. Good time management with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on agreed deadlines. Strong commercial business acumen.
