The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of joinery and furniture projects from design through to installation. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion. Liaise with clients, designers, and internal departments to coordinate project requirements. Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and manage project budgets. Ensure that production and installation meet client specifications and company standards. Identify and resolve potential issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure smooth project delivery. RequirementsRequirements Previous experience in project management within the joinery, fit-out, or furniture manufacturing industry. Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with IMOS or CAD systems is a plus. Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required.
