Junior Atlassian Administrator

We are seeking a Junior Atlassian Administrator who is a problem solver and eager to learn. The successful candidate will assist in the administration and support of our Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

In this role, you will:


Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Taking proactive measures to address Atlassian related issues and service requests.
Collaborate with teams to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using Atlassian tools.
Participate in the planning and execution of Atlassian upgrades and maintenance.
Develop and maintain documentation for Atlassian configurations and procedures.
Provide training and support to users on best practices for utilizing Atlassian tools.
Participate on Flexible working arrangement on-site / hybrid model.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Resides within Ireland (ROI or NI)


Preferred Skills:


Basic scripting or programming experience.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
