We’re now hiring a Sales Executive to join our dynamic European team. Benefits: - Paid family leave (>1 year of service) - Flexible working patterns - Bonus scheme that rewards high performers; based on our core values and tied to individual property goals - Discounted rates for overnight stays for you, your family and friends - Refer and earn scheme - earn up to £/€550 - Cycle to work scheme- to support a healthy lifestyle and our planet - Education Support to help you foster new skills - Volunteer days: 2 paid volunteer days per year - Support for you and your family when you need it with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) We would love you to have: - Prior knowledge or experience in a role within Front Office, Hotel/Aparthotel Sales, or Reservations. - Local market knowledge is helpful - Knowledge of Corporate Business Travel, Group and Extended stay segments is helpful - Knowledge of Sales Force/Opera/IDEAS/Agency360/LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful - A fiercely proactive and can-do attitude - A willingness to travel when needed What you can do for us: - Manage corporate RFP’s and GDS rate loading for Dublin properties - Plan and manage outreach campaigns as a key part of our business development for longstay and corporate business - Work alongside the Sales Managers to deliver lead generation and pipeline for new business opportunities - Be knowledgeable of the business landscape for sales generation and account management - You will assist in planning local and national sales activities, network and socialise with the wider teams, and have the opportunity to attend trade shows and presentations to promote Staycity and the group portfolio - An important part of our sales teams is communication. Meeting and speaking with new and existing clients, securing and managing new corporate accounts by building and maintaining professional working relationships. - Provide timely, accurate, competitive quotes on all corporate and long-stay enquiries while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. - Maintaining accurate records of all prices, sales, and activity reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
