Applications are invited for a temporary post of an Educational Technologist within UCD College of Science. The University is now looking to appoint an Educational Technologist to support the UCD College of Science and to additionally support the implementation of the aims and specific targets of the lUA-led (HEA-funded) national project entitled "Enhancing Digital Capacity in Teaching and Learning in Irish Universities" project which seeks to enhance the digital confidence, skills and competencies of those who teach in Irish Universities. The post holder will provide pedagogic and technical advice, support and training on the use of educational technology to academic staff. They will provide academic staff with teaching, learning and assessment solutions using appropriate educational technologies to meet pedagogical requirements. The successful candidate will have additional responsibilities of supporting the work plan of the national project and will work closely with the Dean of Students or nominee. 95 Administrative Officer II_2010 (0173_X) Salary Scale: €51,484 - €65,806 Per Annum Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on the 9th of October 2025.
