Electrical Project Manager We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager, this role will be based in Sweden. The successful candidate will be joining a leading international engineering contractor and take charge of high-value electrical projects across Sweden. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage client relationships and drive excellence in safety, quality and performance within a dynamic and supportive team. Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle from start up to completion across Electrical projects. Act as the primary client contact, building strong and positive relationships. Drive project delivery to time, budget and quality standards. Oversee procurement, scheduling, cost control and cash flow. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations. Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring performance and productivity. Deliver testing, commissioning, handover and close out documentation. Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the business. Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or strong electrical trades background. 10+ years experience in a similar Project Manager role. Proven track record in large-scale data centre, pharmaceutical or industrial projects. Strong commercial, engineering and project management knowledge. Excellent planning, organisational and leadership skills. Strong communication and client facing experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks and resources effectively.
