Junte-se à Roche, onde cada voz é importante.### A posição**Location**: Dublin, Ireland We are seeking strategic, collaborative, and inspiring individuals to join our Near Patient Care team in Ireland As a Solutions Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing the launch strategy and commercial success of the new revolutionary Accu-Chek SmartGuide CGM Solution. This role is a key driver for accelerating the adoption of this new innovation, ensuring that People Living with Diabetes across Ireland will benefit from state-of-the-art technology to better manage their condition. This is your chance to directly contribute to transforming the diabetes environment and contribute to the Roche Diagnostics 10-year ambition: to double patient access to novel, high-medical-value diagnostics solutions across all customer segments, from Home to Hospital.## Key Responsibilities## ## Your primary focus is the delivery of the commercial strategy for the Roche diabetes portfolio in Ireland.* Accu-Chek Smart Guide Lead the execution of the launch strategy for Accu-Chek Smart Guide CGM solution and the overall commercial strategy for Near Patient Care* Digital transformation: Advance the adoption of digital health solutions and drive the integration of AI capabilities to improve patient outcomes.* Patient & Professional Training: Provide essential training and support for Accu-Chek Smart Guide to Healthcare Professionals and people using our CGM solutions ensuring effective use of our diabetes solutions.* Healthcare system Navigate, understand and keep current with relevant Department of Health and HSE programmes to enable effective execution of Roche diabetes commercial strategies.* Stakeholder & KOL Engagement: Map and engage with patient advocacy groups, clinical and financial key opinion leaders across secondary and primary care to maximise peer-to-peer influence and advocacy in the care of people living with diabetes.* Advocacy: Build a robust network of clinical and non-clinical advocates and ambassadors who can influence the uptake of the diabetes portfolio.## **Who You Are**You thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment and are eager to act as a catalyst for advancing novel products and digital portfolios for people living with diabetes in Ireland. * You have extensive experience working across the diabetes disease area in Ireland. You should have a comprehensive understanding of the care models for people living with diabetes in Ireland and prior experience working with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in this area. You should also have an understanding of the Primary Care Reimbursement process for CGM. Prior commercial experience in launching products into the Irish market would be an advantage. It would also be an advantage, but not essential, if you have experience in training healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes in the use of blood glucose monitoring or continuous glucose monitoring.* Education: You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or life sciences that equips you with the knowledge base to engage confidently with peers, clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. a relevant Graduate or Postgraduate Degree is a plus.* Communication: You possess proficient written and verbal communication in English and you are proficient in the use of digital technology.* Cross-Functional Acumen: You have strong exposure to clinical, medical and market access topics and experience working in cross-functional matrix teams.* Leadership: You embrace the VACC leadership principles (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach) leadership dimensions.### Quem nós somosUm futuro mais saudável nos leva a inovar.
