Senior Quantity Surveyor | Dublin Region Description Oradeo Recruitment is seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Contractor based in the Dublin region. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly, interim, and final valuations, applications for payment, reconciliations of valuations and costs, and amounts for contracts, sub-contractors, specialists, and suppliers. Provide the necessary information to enable accurate and regular review of cash flow and contract positions. In conjunction with the Procurement Manager, place sub-contracts for work under your control as required. Conduct detailed examination of contract documents and highlight any anomalies. Prepare, submit, and agree interim and final valuation dates with client representatives. Prepare all necessary take-offs in advance for the Estimating, Procurement, and Planning departments. Prepare final contract accounts for each completed section of work, including all adjustments, and agree with client representatives. Carefully record all details involving contractual delays. Manage and mentor contract surveyors, assistant surveyors, and junior surveyors within your team. Specific Requirements 7+ years experience, preferably with a main contractor. Previous experience on construction/civil engineering projects (Residential, RC Frame, Retail/Commercial, Pharma, Data Centre, Hi-Tech). Chartered or working towards chartership with the SCS. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong IT proficiency.
