Global EHS & Industrial Hygiene Specialist
Hybrid, Based in Ireland | Travel required across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions

We’re looking for a Global EHS & Industrial Hygiene Specialist to lead our global programs in industrial hygiene and chemical management, driving compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement across our international operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Global Industrial Hygiene Program, ensuring best-in-class standards across all sites.
- Manage global chemical safety and compliance programs, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), REACH, WEEE, and Proposition 65.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate EHSS risks.
- Conduct and review industrial hygiene surveys, develop corrective actions, and communicate technical findings in a clear and practical way.
- Stay current with global health, safety, and environmental regulations and implement proactive strategies.
- Prepare and present technical reports, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support global EHSS strategy development through research, data analysis, and innovative technical solutions.
- Travel regularly to company sites across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions to ensure alignment and program execution.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced experience in industrial hygiene, including exposure monitoring, chemical safety, and air quality programs.
- Working knowledge of ACGIH TLVs, global codes, and industrial hygiene regulations.
- Strong technical writing, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Benchmark (Gensuite) preferred.
- Certifications such as CSP, NEBOSH, or CIH are a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
