Vickerstock Construction are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading contractor who are seeking to appoint a Fit Out Project Manager for a permanent position in Dublin 4, due to a strong and growing pipeline of work.

This role offers the opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.

The Role | Fit Out Project Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the progression of internal works, ensuring they are high-quality and completed on schedule. This project involves 5 key buildings to manage

Key Responsibilities:

- Regular inspections across the internal stages of the project
- Liasion with Site Management teams, Clients and Design teams to ensure the project is progressing as planned and all teams are in alingment
- Review works on-site against project plans
- Regular site walk arounds with teams
- Report to Senior Management on project progress against programme of works and schedule

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- 5+ years experience in a Project Management position
- Strong sub-contractor management skills
- People management skills
- Degree-level education in a Construction field is beneficial but not necessary
