Join a highly respected organisation as an in-house Property Solicitor based in Wicklow. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with conveyancing matters, property transactions, in addition to certain commercial and compliance matters and general legal queries within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dealing with property transactions from initiation through to lodging applications for registration with the Property Registration Authority.
- Conduct title due diligence and prepare transactional documentation.
- Transferring property ownership and rights related to property purchases and sales entered into by the organisation.
- Advise on a wide range of property title and conveyancing matters such as rights of way, boundary disputes and other burdens.
- Draft first registration applications and address complex title issues.
- Provide legal support in managing property acquisitions.
- Drafting and providing legal advice on commercial agreements/negotiations.
- Providing timely and accurate legal advice to various teams within the organisation.
- Liaise and proactively manage external legal advisers as required.
- Manage exposure to legal risk and ensure compliance with internal governance.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Qualified Solicitor with 2 years relevant post qualification experience (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role).
- Experience in Property Law and Conveyancing essential.
- Practical, hands-on attitude in dealing with high volume of legal transactions.
- Strong technical conveyancing and drafting skills.
- Commercially savvy with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong report writing and analytical skills with an ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and diligence in all tasks.
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals and meet tight deadlines.
