A well-established company is looking for a Transport Planner to join its operations team. This role involves overseeing daily transport schedules, coordinating with drivers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage daily transport schedules.
2. Optimize routes and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
3. Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
4. Monitor driver working hours and manage scheduling adjustments.
5. Maintain accurate records and address any operational discrepancies.
6. Support administrative tasks related to transport coordination.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
8. Identify opportunities to improve transport processes.
9. Provide occasional support outside of standard working hours if required.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Experience in transport planning, logistics, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Familiarity with transport or logistics software is an advantage.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach to transport coordination.
