Project Coordinator

Asset is looking for a Project Coordinator, to co-ordinate the Suite Leads for our Clients Project in Tipperary.

This is a on-site 12 month contract.

Responsibilities

Lead the six Project Suite teams.

Manage Suite Teams scope and change control, escalating issues as necessary.

Ensure compliance with procedures and best practices alongside the technical lead.

Partner with EP, CM & CQ and other disciplines on the planning and execution of scope.

Lead in collaboration with EP, CM and partners the cost, risks, change management, and scheduling effort for suite team.

Maintain up-to-date decision, risk, and action logs.

Ensure adequate resourcing for Suite Teams.

Resolve cross-functional issues impacting the Suite Teams.

Monitor Suite teams' performance (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project management plan and performance baseline.

Monitor project progress and performance.

Provide status reports to the Core team and Project Management.

Offer training and mentoring to Suite Team Leads.

Experience

10+ years of experience

Proven experience in managing projects and sub-project teams in design, installation, and commissioning.

Proficiency in scope, cost, and schedule management.

Expertise in design management.

Experience with large-scale Pharma projects in excess of 200m+

API Knowledge desirable

Project Management Certification desirable
