As our Business Systems Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Solution Design & Management – gathering business and technical requirements for software solutions by demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, hosting workshops, and applying other requirements elicitation techniques where necessary. Producing, maintaining, and taking ownership of all analysis deliverables required within software development projects following an established agile development methodology. Creating process flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and other materials to remove ambiguity and support requirement definitions.
- Pre-sales & Bid Support - identifying, formulating system solutions for potential opportunities including proposal preparation and technical pre-sales supports. Technical proposals would involve high-level process design & customer journeys, implementation recommendations, to support the overall bidding strategies and submission. Technical pre-sales support will include technical consultancy, defining technical requirements, demo and/or proof-of-concepts to potential customers or partners to facilitate sales activities.
- System Product Development – building and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with Product Owners to allow you to build, manage, and prioritize software product backlogs effectively. Liaising with product marketing team in defining the identity solutions' product roadmap and participating in system product development to build/enhance the specified products in accordance to the roadmap. Building and persisting Subject Matter Expertise in HID software products and services and use that knowledge effectively in analysis and design assignments.

Your Experience and Background include:
- At least 3 years’ experience of working in a Business Analyst role.
- At least 1 years’ experience of working as an analyst in an Agile / Scrum environment.
- Able to demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of the Scrum development process (Product backlog development and management experience is essential).
- Able to demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of analysis techniques and associated deliverables.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of complex web based, client server / n-tier solutions, database systems with at least some knowledge of SQL server.
- Knowledge / understanding of Service Orientated Architecture and web services.
- Experience and capability of providing excellent customer service.
- Ideally hold a BCS (ISEB) (business analysis) accreditation / diploma (or equivalent) or be working towards that objective.
- Experience in system development lifecycle and system integration is highly preferred.
- Experience in software products design, development and management is highly preferred.
- Experience in secured issuance of electronic documents like national ID, driving license and passport is highly preferred.
- Experience in information security using electronic documents, cryptography and PKI is highly preferred.
- Experience with development teams to ensure development pipelines in Azure DevOps meet business requirements.
