Job Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for the ETF client portfolio.
2. Responsibility for client onboarding, migrations, and client implementation.
3. Prepare and maintain a comprehensive project plan.
4. Provide verbal and written status updates to clients and business partners.
5. Work with vendors when applicable for third party services.
6. Managing the SLA’s and client service reviews.

Job Requirements:

1. A minimum of 8 years+ Relationship Management within Fund Services or Investment Management.
2. Current experience in ETFs is essential; strong Mutual/Traditional funds will be considered.
3. Degree Qualified.
