This may suit a Catering/Hospitality Manager or Chef looking to change their career and move into Monday to Friday, working 8.30am to 5pm. The ideal candidate must come from a strong Hospitality / Catering background minimum five years. We are ideally looking for a candidate who has been very successful in their role but looking for a change. This Candidate will be managing the recruitment cycle for day-to-day operation on a temp desk. This role will involve taken over existing desk and placing candidates into daytime Hospitality temp roles This role has been created due to our group growth throughout the industry in this sector. Broadline Recruiters are a team of experienced industry recruitment specialists who have come together to bring a boutique-style recruitment brand to the market. This is a permanent role. The successful candidate who will work on an established desk with excellent opportunity to grow in this role with a successful team of recruiters in place. All training is provided, but a driven candidate with excellent industry knowledge would be an advantage. You must come for a catering background as industry knowledge is a must. The Candidate: Excellent customer service while dealing with client & candidates. Minimum three to five years experience in the recruitment sector or a senior candidate in the Catering sector in Management or Kitchen. Placing candidates in the daytime Hospitality temp roles. Strong people skills are essential. Organised and have a can-do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients. Ambitious and looking to progress your career. Driven candidate who wants to build a very rewarding career. Ability to join and the potential to grow the team. The ideal candidate for this role will have an excellent understanding of the current market. The successful candidate must have a background in hospitality. Exceptional strong in sales and enjoy dealing with people. The Role: The role involves dealing with an established list of clients when looking after their desk. Monday to Friday role. Dealing with candidates & clients daily. Excellent earning potential and career progression.
