The Experienced Maintenance Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Performing functions associated with all wafer production including operations, equipment, process and training.
- Equipment maintenance and repair, equipment troubleshooting, defect reduction, and other duties as required supporting Fab objectives.
- Able to work from technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, written and verbal instructions utilizing a variety of tools, test equipment, problem solving techniques and communication.

Qualifications

- National Framework Qualification (NFQ) L6/L7 qualification in a technical discipline.
- The candidate must possess at least one of the following experience requirements:

- 3+ years of technical/semiconductor/pharmaceutical/biomedical/medical device manufacturing experience.

- 3+ years of experience performing hands-on preventative, corrective maintenance in a highly regulated environment.

- 3+ years of experience in electronics, equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair, and operation in a highly regulated environment.

Preferred experience:

- Experience in performing hands-on preventative, corrective maintenance on Semiconductor equipment.
- Demonstrated skills to influence the content and creation of new specs, procedures, and business processes related to equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of process control systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting using schematics and complex drawings/diagrams.
- Experience in maintaining vacuum systems, precision mechanical equipment or Rf systems
- Commitment to travel on assignment for varying duration depending on business need.
- This role is based on a monthly rotating shift pattern
