Job Purpose

We are seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. Our next-generation platform is designed to deliver a best-in-class user experience and scale across new markets and value streams. In this role, you will play a key part in building and optimising features that power our document automation and workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native tools
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric features
- Contribute to architectural discussions and support the evolution of our cloud-based platform
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across both front-end and back-end components
- Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a collaborative DevOps environment

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in full stack development roles.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure SaaS services such as Azure Functions, Databricks, Azure Search, Cosmos DB, and Data Factory
- Proven experience building and deploying web applications in a cloud environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Building responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and typed languages
- Developing and maintaining scalable server-side applications and RESTful APIs
- Working with relational database systems in a production environment
- Deploying and managing applications in a cloud-based environment, ideally with CI/CD pipelines
- Writing automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels using modern testing frameworks
