If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have previous experience in a busy food & beverage venue, then we would love to hear from you We are looking for a sound, talented and dynamicSupervisorto join our team in The Skeff Bar & Kitchen Responsibilities: Upholding constant level of staff productivity Ongoing staff training in coffee, cocktails, spirits, wine & food items Ensure quality & safety controls followed Keeping the food and beverage department constantly organised & checklists adhered to Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example Comply with all company policies and procedures Maintain demeanor in fast paced environment & equally make use of downtime effectively Till and safe count opening and closing Keeping staff motivated Correct breaks taken in timely manner Assigning sections and delegating tasks Requirements: Experience within a high-volume venue would be beneficial but not essential Flexibility with shift times Be committed to continual personal improvement and advancement in their profession. Have a keen eye for detail Be a hands-on natural leader Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humor Approachable with excellent people skills Superior customer service skills Previous experience and strong knowledge of food and beverage essential Strong communicator Skills: Supervisory skills Training skills Excellent customer service Mixology Benefits: Paid Holidays Training & development Meals whilst on shift Refer a friend scheme Career progression within the group Fun & friendly workplace
