The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a Receptionist for our cloud software client based in Dublin CC. This is an 11-month contract role.

Job Responsibilities

- Work as part of the REW team in providing seamless workplace services and ensuring a positive workplace experience for all employees and visitors
- Represent the REW team as front of house, and bring our core values to light every day with a positive, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Strive to provide memorable experience for our employees and visitors, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Welcome employees and visitors by greeting them, in person or by phone, answering or referring inquiries
- Direct employees and visitors appropriately, using the visitor management system & notifying arrival where required
- Respond to incoming queries in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain security related processes such as issuing visitor badges
- Deal with in-house meeting room booking requests, answering queries, providing information and solutions, updating calendar
- Provide mailroom and courier support and assistance; from bookings, receipt and collection
- Provide first line of response for Workplace tickets
- Respond and resolve any reception related tickets
- Order and manage workplace and office supplies
- Ensure reception systems & equipment is fully operational and functional
- Ensure reception and all client facing areas are presented and maintained to the highest standard
- Work with workplace team in identifying any faults, hazards or areas for improvement

Education and Experience

- Education/Degree in Administration/Customer Service/Business
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude with solid written and verbal communication skills
