The Role This isnt just asite supervisorsjob,its an opportunity to lead from the front, work alongside a skilled crew, and take pride in delivering projects to the highest standards. You will: Plan and set up safe, compliant worksites Read and work from drawings with accuracy Lead and motivate a small, capable crew Manage materials and maintain tidy, safe work zones Communicate clearly with head office and keep accurate records Travel to sites across Ireland (with rare overnight stays expensescovered) You may alsowork on VRS or bridge maintenance projects, adding variety to your role Every project you lead will contribute to building safer, smarter infrastructure for the communities we serve What Were Looking For: Full B licence-youll be on the road Safe Pass & Manual Handling Hands-on experience in civil works (kerbing, ducting, signage, etc.) Ability to read drawings and complete job sheets Strong leadership skill able tomotivate, support, and guide your crew A proactive, can-do approach to problemsolving Bonus Skills (Not Essential): CSCS: Signing & Lighting, Mini Digger, Dumper C or CE Driving Licence Managerial or technical experience Highway work background Why Youll Love Working with Us: Salary €57,000+ (based on experience) Career development with training and opportunities to progress Realistic workloads and genuine management support Well-maintained tools, PPE, and equipment provided Opportunities for training, tickets, and skills advancement Overtime and subsistence allowances where applicable Pension scheme and other company benefits Long service awards A secure, long-term role with a trusted, well-respected company Work-Life Balance, Diversity & Inclusion We believe our people do their best work when they feel valued, respected, and supportedboth on and off the job.
