Senior Systems Analyst Rate: €500-550 Location: Dublin Type: 6 Months Rolling Start: 28/02/26 Hybrid We are seeking a Senior Systems Support Analyst to provide advanced technical support and ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our IT systems. This role involves troubleshooting complex system issues, implementing improvements, and collaborating with IT teams to support business operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for enterprise IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. Manage system incidents, escalations, and service requests to ensure timely resolution. Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to resolve technical issues. Assist in system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities. Document processes, system configurations, and support procedures. Requirements: 5+ years' experience in systems support or IT operations. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), databases, and enterprise applications. Experience with monitoring tools, ITIL processes, and ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
