AVP VP - Full Stack Developer (Python/React)

We're seeking a Full Stack Developer to work across our entire technology stack, building and maintaining our aviation finance modelling platform. You'll work on both FastAPI backend services and React frontend applications contributing to the full development lifecycle.

Develop features across the full stack - from database to user interface

Build and maintain FastAPI REST APIs

Design database schemas and optimize queries

Implement authentication and authorization flows

Write comprehensive tests for both frontend and backend

Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning

Qualifications

- 3+ years full stack development experience

- Proficient in React/modern Java Script

- Experience with both SQL and RESTful API design

- Understanding of authentication patterns and security best practices

- Git version control and collaborative development workflows

- Strong problem solving and communication skills

- Docker and containerization knowledge

- Experience in financial services or aviation

- Understanding of data visualization

- Knowledge of microservices architecture
