The appointeewill join a service delivery team that provides 1st and 2nd level IT support to students, staff and guests of TU Dublin. The appointeewill contribute to the day‑to‑day support requirements as requested by customers, respond to incidents that arise and work on projects when they are commissioned.

Hours of Work: A 36.6‑hour working week is in operation

Location: The post will be based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses (Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Grangegorman, Blanchardstown or Tallaght).

Salary:

€41,936 gross per annum

€38,803 gross per annum (new entrants)

Appointments will be made at the appropriate point on the appropriate scale.
