Project Manager – Residential / Mixed-Use Construction
Location: Wicklow
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management from enabling works through to handover
Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
Programme planning, tracking progress, and ensuring project milestones are met
Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control
Ensure quality standards and compliance with building regulations
Oversee on-site HSE in conjunction with safety team
Lead site teams and promote a culture of accountability and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager or Site Manager role
Proven track record delivering residential developments, housing schemes, or apartment projects
Background with Main Contractors, Developers, or Residential Builders
Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
Knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and H&S legislation
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
