HR Business Partner Are you an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist who is now looking for a new challenge in the Limerick region? Or are you looking to make the move up to a HR BP role? Our client, a high profile & major employer in the region have now engaged with us at CPL to recruit a talented, energetic & employee focused HR Business Partner to join their team. The Job: Reporting directly to the Limerick based Head of HR Operations, the successful candidate will cover a wide senior level HR remit & will support diverse business units & management teams across the organisation with their HR needs. More specifically you will lead employee engagement & cultural initiatives, resolve HR & ER queries, support external recruitment & internal talent moves, implement HR change & cultural projects in your area, analyse internal HR metrics & emerging external trends, provide oversight on training/L&D & work closely with senior leadership to ensure continued business success. Your Skills/Experience that we need 3rd level degree qualified or higher in HR, business studies or a related discipline. 3-4+ years experience in a HP BP, Senior HR generalist or similar level role ideally. Experience in a large scale services environment would be an advantage. Strong employee focus & exposure to ER & ideally IR engagements. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal & engagement skills. Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on HR projects. The Offer: This role is being offered on an initial 12 month contract & salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to be approx. 70-80k with a strong benefits & bonus mix on top. This role will be a hybrid mix of 2-3 days office based & the balance working from home so could suit candidates based outside the immediate Limerick city region. Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
