Role:
Lilly is seeking a Senior Associate/Manager - Talent Acquisition (US & European Market) who shares our passion to make life better for people around the world. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers and play an integral part in shaping Lilly’s future by identifying and attracting talent to the company. This role will be an extremely instrumental part of our sourcing and recruiting efforts to help build our talent and leadership pipeline for diverse/underrepresented populations and hard to staff positions.

Note: Part of this role may focus on sourcing in the US market from time to time and may require changing working hours from 11am to 7pm.

The Senior Associate/Manager, Talent Acquisition will function as a search and subject matter expert, responsible for working with recruiters and hiring managers to locate and attract talent to Lilly through lead generation, expert sourcing strategies, and the ability to research the employment market for a given functional focus.

Other activities include:

1. Sourcing candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, niche web sites, internet searches, CRM system, and other passive candidate generation techniques.
2. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
3. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate availability.
4. Leverage social media and social recruiting to attract diverse talent and brand Lilly.
5. Manage sourcing and recruitment vendors.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the sourcing process.
7. Create and share engaging content on social media and other platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
8. Create strategies and plans to source talent for various business areas/functions and within Lilly.
9. Utilize technologies to track all leads, contacts, candidates, etc. and leverage systems to continuously build a talent pool.
10. Provide and utilize labor market intelligence and recruitment trends to improve diversity sourcing.
11. Partner with the business and relevant stakeholders to position the brand as an employer of choice.
12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
13. Attend relevant career fairs, brand Lilly and develop new talent sources.
14. Outreach to local and national diversity associations and organizations for active and passive referrals.
15. Work as liaison to Employee Resource Groups to improve employee referrals, sourcing, and inclusion of diverse employees in the recruiting process.

Additional Preferences
• Experience in sourcing across Corporate Functions, Manufacturing & Engineering & Commercial is an advantage.
• Sourcing experience including internet research, search engines, boolean search, strings, data mining and cold calling.
• Running large scale sourcing/recruitment projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or 5 years related experience.
• Fluent in English and German.
• 3 – 5 years of related work experience in recruitment/sourcing role.
• Previous experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
