Senior Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our team to support a maternity cover, with the strong possibility of the role becoming permanent after 12 months. You will be responsible for leading our marketing team, helping us to shape and deliver our Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy. Purpose of the role You will work within the IMC team and work closely with the wider Core Functions team and the broader firm. You will play a fundamental role in managing our brand, communications and marketing ventures, both internally and externally, to support and drive the firm's growth and success. Leading a small but growing team, the right candidate will be responsible for overseeing content and campaign delivery, our employer brand, digital and data analytics, creative, events and our voice including public relations and internal communications. You will support RSM's global vision to be the first-choice adviser to the middle market. To play your role in achieving this, collaboration with peers and stakeholders including our leadership team will be key. You are highly motivated, inquisitive, proactive, adaptable and an excellent communicator. You will also have a strong desire to understand the bigger picture, with the ability and confidence to ask the questions that get to the heart of an issue, to tell the brand story through the content. Responsibilities Advising on, developing and delivering the firm's IMC strategy, aligned to business objectives. Developing and managing the IMC budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of initiatives. Leading and managing a growing marketing team, providing guidance and support. Driving reputation in the external market through the delivery of brand and communications activations focused on our key service lines, industries, economic voice and employer brand. Providing expertise on how we go to market and overseeing a wide range of IMC activities including digital campaigns, content creation, events, creative design, PR, employer brand and internal communications. Managing the firm's brand identity and development, ensuing consistency across all marketing and communications channels. Driving continuous improvements to deliver premium outputs by analysing campaign performance and market trends to shape data-led decisions. Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, including the leadership team, becoming a go-to advisor for marketing and communications across all service lines. Managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers. About the ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: At least 7 years' experience in marketing or brand roles in professional services, financial services or a similar industry. 4 years plus at manager level. Proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams. 3rd level qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. Excellent project management and organisational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time. Strong professional, credible and confident written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with credibility at all levels. Strong track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility. Proven experience in working across a broad range of marketing functions and related platforms including digital marketing, internal and external communications, employer brand, design, events and content creation.
